The Traditional Villa homes are located in the Village at Abernethy Laurels and are only slightly smaller than the Cottage Homes, with one shared wall between them. Most villa homes have two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Pavilion Apartments
The Pavilion caters to residents who want independence, but who don't want to worry about household responsibilities such as cooking and cleaning. Residents dine in the Promenade Dining Room and enjoy one bedroom or studio apartments located within the same building housing the clinic, gift shop, bank, library, beauty shop, and other conveniences.
