Abernethy Laurels is committed to providing you with individualized care while in communication with your physician. Our HomeCare Director will supervise all services provided and make periodic home visits to ensure you are completely satisfied with the quality of care you are receiving. Services include:

- Escort to dining (per month/Pavilion only)
- Companion (per hour/3 hour minimum)
- 1, 2, 3 or 4 times/day

- Incontinence Care (includes supplies)
