Description
Under the direction of a RN Supervisor or Director of Nursing, provides skilled nursing patient care activities and accommodation services in accordance with standards, regulatory guidelines and licensure requirements. Maintains compliance with company policies and procedures. Meets, maintains and supports the standards of nursing care and practice in order to meet the healthcare needs of assigned residents. PRN

Qualifications
Current Nursing License CPR certified

Education
Graduate of accredited school of practical nursing.

Experience
Minimum of one (1) year nursing experience. One (1) year skilled nursing facility experience preferred.
