Rehabilitation Services
Post-acute, rehabilitation is available at the health center at Abernethy Laurels. Residents may qualify for Medicare benefits for a short-term rehabilitation stay when discharged from the hospital to recover from illness or surgery. Our Medicare and Medicaid-certified nursing center has private and semi-private rooms where residents receive quality care from professional nursing staff under the supervision of a licensed Health Care Administrator.
